Short answer

A hard-shell order ships as the chamber, its 10L all-in-one main unit and the standard equipment (two touch panels, two intercoms, air conditioning, LED lighting, wall finish and sofa), packed with 2 oxygen masks, 2 headsets and 2 door seals and four documents: the operation, product and maintenance manuals and our company profile. Options you ordered are in the crate too. Unloading, moving in, the electrical circuit and local assembly labour are not.

The chamber and its main unit

Every SkelundTech hard-shell chamber — LUMEN, VISTA, ARC, ORION and ORION COMPACT — is a two-part system: the pressure chamber itself and a separate all-in-one main unit that houses the oxygen concentrator, the air compressor and the air conditioning in one cabinet. The standard main unit is the 10L; the 20L with BIBS is an option. Both parts are tested together in our factory before the chamber is wrapped and crated, so what arrives has already run as a system.

Standard equipment on every model

Nothing in this list is an upgrade. Each of the five hard-shell models includes the 10L all-in-one main unit, air conditioning, two touch control panels and two intercoms (one set inside, one outside), warm-white interior LED lighting, the standard wall finish and the standard sofa. The full standard-versus-optional list is on the accessories page, and every option you add is quoted line by line and packed with the chamber.

Accessories and documents in the crate

Packed with every hard-shell chamber:

  • 2 × oxygen masks — Standard oxygen masks; the BIBS mask is part of the optional 20L system.
  • 2 × headsets — Two headsets, packed with every chamber.
  • 2 × door seals — Two door seals in the crate, so a replacement is on hand.

And four documents, printed and packed with the chamber:

  • Operation manual — How to run a session, the touch panels and the intercom.
  • Product manual — Specifications, connections and the main unit.
  • Maintenance manual — Checks, consumables and how to replace the parts you can change yourself.
  • Company profile — Who we are and what we make.

The operation manual is the one to read first; the maintenance manual is the one you will use for years. We send the manuals and the model's specification sheet to buyers on request before the order as well — we do not publish them for download, so ask the team with your model and country.

Soft chambers

REST, DRIFT and COVE ship with their own 85 kg all-in-one unit and a different accessory set: 2 oxygen masks, 4 silencers, a foldable sofa, 4 oxygen / air tubes, 2 power cords and an external pressure gauge. Air conditioning is included. The soft chamber page has the shared specification.

What is not included

  • Unloading and carry-in. You arrange the team and equipment to unload the crate, move the chamber indoors and position it. For the US and Australia we can quote door delivery including taxes; the crate still has to be unloaded and moved inside.
  • The electrical circuit. A dedicated circuit planned by a local electrician — 20 A at 110 V or 8 A at 220 V for the 10L system; see the electrical guide.
  • Assembly labour. Models that travel in parts (LUMEN's side modules, for example) are reassembled on site from our assembly drawings with remote guidance. Factory assembly on site can be agreed as a paid service.
  • Import duties and local taxes, except where the quotation says door delivery including taxes.

After delivery: parts and warranty

Our company warranty policy is two years, with the scope and start date set in your contract. If something fails, the factory team diagnoses it remotely and replacement parts are supplied free of charge; when you need them fast, you pay only the express freight. Two masks, two headsets and two door seals are in the crate from the start. The full process is on the delivery and support page.

Questions

Can I download the manual or the spec sheet?

No — we send them directly to buyers rather than publishing them. Ask the team for the model you are considering and your country, and the specification sheet, drawings and brochure follow.

Are the two headsets the intercom?

No. The two intercom units are built into the chamber (inside and outside) and are standard equipment on every model; the two headsets are separate accessories packed in the crate.

Is the 20L main unit in the crate?

Only if you ordered it. The 20L all-in-one with BIBS is an option; the 10L all-in-one is standard on every hard-shell model.
