A hard-shell chamber's power runs through its all-in-one main unit. The standard 10L unit needs 2,000 W on a 20 A circuit at 110 V / 60 Hz, or 1,500 W on 8 A at 220 V / 50 Hz. The optional 20L with BIBS needs 2,700 W / 25 A at 110 V or 2,500 W / 13 A at 220 V. Plan a dedicated circuit with a local electrician; we confirm the load for your configuration.
The numbers
| Main unit | Supply | Rated power | Circuit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10L all-in-one (standard) | 110 V / 60 Hz | 2,000 W | 20 A |
| 10L all-in-one (standard) | 220 V / 50 Hz | 1,500 W | 8 A |
| 20L all-in-one + BIBS (optional) | 110 V / 60 Hz | 2,700 W | 25 A |
| 20L all-in-one + BIBS (optional) | 220 V / 50 Hz | 2,500 W | 13 A |

Why the main unit decides
The all-in-one main unit houses the oxygen concentrator, the air compressor and the air conditioning in one cabinet, and it is the part of the system that does the work. The 20L unit has two 10L concentrators and three compressors against one concentrator and two compressors in the 10L, which is why its rated power and circuit are higher. Which unit you order therefore decides the circuit — not the chamber model: the figures above apply to LUMEN, VISTA, ARC, ORION and ORION COMPACT alike.

Options such as infrared panels, the PEMF seat or a NAPA massage chair are confirmed with your configuration; ask us for the configured load if your order includes them, and we state it with the quotation.
Soft chambers
REST, DRIFT and COVE run from an 85 kg all-in-one unit rated 1,500 W on AC 110 V or 220 V (±10%), 60 Hz, with air conditioning included. Confirm the supply in your country when you order, so the unit is configured for it.
What to tell your electrician
- The main unit you are ordering (10L or 20L with BIBS) and the figures from the table above.
- That the unit needs its own dedicated circuit, with a socket within reach of where the unit will stand.
- Your country's supply — 110 V / 60 Hz or 220 V / 50 Hz — which we also need, so the unit leaves the factory configured for it.
- If the chamber goes on an upper floor: the circuit route to that room, planned together with the carry-in route.
Where the main unit stands
Allow room for the chamber footprint, the main unit beside or behind it, the connections between them, the door's movement and service access to the unit. The main unit's own dimensions and weight are confirmed per order with the chamber drawings. The site planning guide covers the route, the floor and the room together, and the oxygen systems guide explains the difference between the 10L and 20L units.
Questions
Can I run the chamber on an ordinary wall socket?
The hard-shell main unit needs a dedicated circuit rated as in the table — 20 A at 110 V or 8 A at 220 V for the 10L — planned by a local electrician. The soft chamber unit is rated 1,500 W on a standard supply; confirm it with your electrician as well.
Do you supply the plug for my country?
Tell us your country's voltage, frequency and plug type when you order; the unit is configured for your supply before it leaves the factory.
Is the air conditioning powered separately?
No. On hard-shell chambers the air conditioning is inside the all-in-one main unit and is covered by the figures in the table.
