How to order
From your first message to a chamber in your room.
There is no public price list and no form to fill before you can talk to us. This page shows exactly what happens after you write to us, what a quotation includes, what changes it, and what you need to plan on your side.

The process
Eight steps, and who does what.
Most orders follow this sequence. The quotation and contract define the scope for your project; this page explains the shape of it.
- Tell us about the project You
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email — text is enough, no video call and no form to fill first. Useful to include: how the chamber will be used, people per session, seated or reclining, the country and city, the narrowest door and any lift or stairs on the route, and when you would like to start.
- Model and configuration proposal SkelundTech
Our engineers suggest a model, the main unit (10L, or 20L with BIBS), the options and the colour for your use, and check the route into the room against the chamber drawings. Standard and optional equipment are listed separately, so you see exactly what is included.
- Quotation SkelundTech
Every quotation is prepared for your configuration and destination and confirmed by our sales team. It sets out the chamber, the main unit, the selected options, export crating, the delivery scope — door delivery including taxes is available for the US and Australia — and the warranty terms.
- Order Both
A contract and pro-forma invoice follow the quotation. Payment is in two stages: a 70% deposit on order confirmation, which starts production, and the 30% balance before shipment. Drawings, colour and configuration are confirmed before production starts.
- Production and factory checks SkelundTech
Your chamber is built to order in our factory in Zhuji: shell fabrication and welding, finishing in your colour, interior fit-out, main unit and controls. We photograph the chamber at key stages and test it with its main unit before packing.
- Shipping SkelundTech
The chamber travels fully assembled in export crating, with the main unit packed separately and dome windows protected individually. Sea freight takes about 20 days to the US West Coast, 25 to Oceania and 35 to the US East Coast or Europe; the documents your customs process needs travel with it.
- Arrival and installation You + remote guidance
You arrange unloading, moving the chamber indoors and site readiness with a local team. We provide assembly drawings and remote guidance; factory assembly can be agreed as a paid service.
- Support SkelundTech
Online operator training and after-sales guidance from the factory team, under a two-year company warranty policy whose scope, conditions and start date are set in your contract. Replacement parts are supplied free of charge; express freight is the only cost when you need them fast.
Quotations
What a quotation includes, and what changes it.
A quotation lists the chamber, the main unit, each selected option, export crating, the delivery scope and the warranty terms — line by line, standard and optional equipment kept apart. These are the factors that move the total.
Model
Five hard-shell models from ORION COMPACT to LUMEN, three soft chambers and four red light formats — the model is the largest single factor.
Main unit
The standard 10L all-in-one unit, or the optional 20L unit with BIBS, which doubles the oxygen output and adds the breathing system.
Options
Infrared panels, NAPA seating, PEMF seat, pulse oximeter, negative-ion unit, folding table, illuminated door and steps — each listed separately on the quotation.
Colour and branding
Black, white, dark grey and light grey are standard; any RAL Classic colour, two-tone designs, your logo and private-label details are confirmed with the order.
Destination and delivery scope
Where the chamber is going and how far we take it: port, or door delivery including taxes for the US and Australia.
Power version
110 V / 60 Hz or 220 V / 50 Hz, matched to your country.
Quantity
Single chambers are welcome; dealers ordering several units agree their programme terms individually.
We do not publish prices or price ranges. Quotations are prepared per project and destination and confirmed by our sales team.
Before you write
What we need for an accurate quotation.
- Intended use and the people per session (one person, or two with VISTA)
- Seated, upright or reclining
- Country and city of delivery, and whether the room is on an upper floor
- The narrowest door, corridor, lift or stairs on the route — widths, heights and turns
- Power available at the site: 110 V / 60 Hz or 220 V / 50 Hz
- Options you have in mind, and the colour or brand treatment you want
- When you would like the chamber in place
Not sure about the model? Send the route and the room; our engineers suggest one.
Lead time
Typical figures, confirmed in your quotation.
- Soft chambers (REST, DRIFT, COVE)
- about 10 daysfrom order confirmation to dispatch
- Hard-shell chambers
- about 30 daysbuilt to order; some models and configurations in about 10 days
- Sea freight · US West Coast
- about 20 days
- Sea freight · US Central & East
- about 35 days
- Sea freight · Europe
- about 35 days
- Sea freight · Oceania

Sea freight, port to port, typical durations. Express courier takes about 10 days and is considerably more expensive — used for small items and urgent spare parts. Your quotation states the dates for your configuration and destination.
Delivery, installation and support in detailPlan beyond the chamber
What else the project needs.
The quotation covers the chamber and its delivery scope. These items sit on your side of the plan, and they are where surprises usually come from.
- A dedicated power circuit
Planned by a local electrician: 20 A at 110 V or 8 A at 220 V for the 10L system; 25 A or 13 A with 20L + BIBS.
- Floor and route
Hard-shell chambers weigh about 500–1,185 kg. Upper floors need a floor-loading check; narrow routes may need LUMEN's modules or ARC's removable side glass.
- Unloading and carry-in
A local team with suitable equipment for the day the crate arrives.
- Taxes and duties
Included in our door-delivery quotations for the US and Australia; elsewhere they depend on your import process.
- Installation help
Assembly drawings and remote guidance are included; factory assembly on site is a paid service agreed separately.
FAQ
Questions about ordering.
Why is there no price list on the website?
Because no two orders are the same: model, main unit, options, colour, power version and the delivery scope to your destination all change the total. A quotation prepared for your configuration is accurate; a list price would not be. Our sales team prepares and confirms every quotation.
What do I need to send to get a quotation?
The use, people per session, posture, country and city, the route into the room, the power available and the options you have in mind. If you are not sure about the model, send the route and the room and our engineers suggest one.
How long does it take to build and deliver a chamber?
Soft chambers are dispatched about 10 days after order confirmation; hard-shell chambers take about 30 days, built to order, and some configurations are ready in about 10. Sea freight then takes about 20 days to the US West Coast, about 25 to Oceania and about 35 to the US East Coast or Europe. Tell us your target date and we plan backwards from it.
What are the payment terms?
A 70% deposit on order confirmation starts production; the 30% balance is paid before shipment, once the chamber has been tested with its main unit and crated. Both stages are set out in the pro-forma invoice.
What comes in the crate?
The chamber, its all-in-one main unit and the options on your order, plus 2 oxygen masks, 2 headsets, 2 door seals, and the operation, product and maintenance manuals and our company profile. What is in the crate, in detail.
Can SkelundTech prepare a complete proposal for my clinic or wellness center?
Yes. Send us your requirements and timeline. We recommend suitable models, compare options side by side, configure the chamber and prepare one technical and commercial proposal your management team can review — as we did for a clinic project in the Philippines.
What does a SkelundTech project proposal include?
Model recommendations and comparisons, the proposed configuration, technical documents within their stated scope, pricing with required and optional costs listed separately, delivery planning, the two-year factory warranty, and online training and after-sales support.
Can I change the configuration after the quotation?
Yes, before production starts — the drawings and the quotation are updated for the new configuration. Colour, interior and equipment are confirmed before we begin.
Do you deliver to my door?
For the US and Australia we can quote door delivery including taxes. For other destinations, ask us for the options; the scope is written into the quotation.
Can I order a single chamber?
Yes. Single chambers can be ordered and customized, including colour, logo, interior and equipment. Design and development fees for custom work are quoted per project.
