Delivery & support
Shipping a chamber from China — who does what.
Chambers ship from our factory in export crating. We check the site with you before production, quote door delivery for the US and Australia, and support you remotely after installation.

Who does what
From our factory to your room.
Site check
Before production we review the route, room, floor and power with you, using the chamber drawings.
Built, tested, crated
Your chamber is assembled and tested with its main unit, then wrapped and crated for export.
Shipped from China
For the US and Australia we can quote door delivery including taxes. The scope is written into the quotation.
Unloading & moving in
You arrange unloading, moving the chamber indoors and site readiness. We provide assembly drawings and guidance; factory assembly can be agreed separately.
Remote support
Guidance and after-sales support from our factory team, with a two-year company warranty set out in your contract. No local technicians at present.
Before it arrives
Prepare the site.
- Route — measure every door, turn, stair and lift; documented widths from 770 mm (LUMEN central body) to 1,400 mm (VISTA)
- Floor — chamber weight 500–1,185 kg plus the main unit; check upper floors
- Power — a dedicated circuit planned by a local electrician
- Room — chamber footprint plus the main unit, connections, door movement and service access
- Team — local people and equipment for unloading and carry-in; reassembly where the model requires it
